The Visitors Center Auditorium is available for meetings, classes, training sessions, and social gatherings. The auditorium has a maximum capacity of 99. The auditorium is available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, excluding Wednesdays.

Staffing: Weddings, receptions/social gatherings will require a Park Event Monitor(s), and Security staff. Meetings, trainings, and seminars will require facility and may require a Park Event Monitor depending on the scope of the activity. See Griffith Park Service Fees.

Meetings, Classes and Seminars - Auditorium
1. Monday - Friday - Auditorium
  1st 3 hours $100.00
  Each Additional Hour $  25.00
2. Monday - Friday - Courtyard and Picnic area with Set-up
  1st 3 hours $100.00
  Each Additional Hour $  25.00
* Rental fees include security guard services and a refundable building deposit of $300.00.
This fee will not apply to Meetings, Classes and Seminars.
** HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday, President’s Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
B. Courtyard (Weddings/Social Gatherings):
Whenever an event uses the “Courtyard” this fee applies.
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday $  90.00 per hour
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday $110.00 per hour
C. Alcohol Policy:
Permittee having alcohol at their event must use the following vendors for all their beverage needs. For information on beverage pricing please contact:

D. Rehearsal Fees:
Outdoor Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled within 60 days of your event on:
  Monday through Thursday for a maximum of 2 hours $ 50.00 flat fee
E. Minimum Payment to Guarantee Reservation:
Payable within ten (10) days of the initial reservation.
  Monday - Sunday $300.00
F. Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancellation prior to 60 Days 50% of refundable deposit
2. Cancellation within 60 Days of event 50% of all use fees
3. Postponement 50% of all use fees
Additional Information:
Auditorium Capacity: The Visitor Center can accommodate 99.
Payment of Fees: The total amount of all rental fees and deposits shall be paid in full no less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of use. Otherwise, the event will be canceled. Payment in the form of Cashiers Check or Money Order.
Insurance: Insurance may be required for you event. Check with the Hall Manager.
